Rules and Information
ELIGIBILITY:
1. All artworks must be original and created by the artist. * THIS MEANS HANDMADE – AND NOT MADE BY HANDS FROM ANOTHER COUNTRY. * To protect artistic originality, purchased, manufactured, or kit objects are not acceptable. In the event of any dispute, your money will be cheerfully refunded.
2. Unless pre-approved, the artist is expected to be present during the entire show.
3. Artworks that received awards at previous CCAA festivals are not eligible for judging.
4. Reproductions of paintings or drawings must be labeled “Reproduction.” They may be sold but not judged.
5. The Festival Committee reserves the right to reject any work inappropriate to this show.
EXHIBIT INFORMATION:
I. Set-up time: Friday 2:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m., Saturday 7:00 a.m. to 8:30 a.m., Sunday 10:00 a.m. to noon
2. Electricity is not available.
3. Arts and crafts cannot be displayed in the same booth.
4. Only two exhibitors may share a space unless pre-approved.
5. No displays may be removed before 4:00 p.m. on Sunday. If you leave early, you will not be invited back.
6. Be prepared with plastic in case of rain. The festival will not be moved indoors.
7. All vendors are required to apply for all applicable licenses. A Special Events License from the City of Enterprise is required. A Special Event license costs $25 per event, or if you think you will do two or more events in Enterprise, an annual license costs $75. There is also a $12 issuance fee. The license can be obtained by mail or online.
JUDGING:
1. Judging will begin at 9:30 a.m. on Saturday.
2. Paintings, graphics, photographs, etc., must be appropriately framed for judging.
3. The decision of the judges is final.
Coffee County Arts Alliance will host a dinner for all participants Saturday, April 18, 2026 at 5:00 p.m. in the ESCC gymnasium adjacent to the festival site.
Festival awards and prizes will be presented at that time.
FEES: $150 per space. $200 per space after April 1st
a. Approximately 10 feet x 10 feet of ground space – the ground may not all be perfectly level.
b. All exhibitors furnish display equipment.
c. A paid registration is a commitment to show. There will be NO REFUNDS. Unsigned entries will be returned.
d. All money received is used to advertise the show. That is why we offer NO REFUNDS. Get your application in early, and your work may be featured in advertisements.
PUBLICITY: One of the critical elements of a great festival is good publicity. Therefore,
a. Write a brief description of your work, even if you have exhibited at Piney Woods before. A few lines are adequate.
b. Send a few new color photos of your work. High-resolution digital images are encouraged (300 PPI and 1200 pixels minimum on the short side of the image).
c. Include a photo of yourself and background information.
ALL VENDORS MUST COMPLETE AND SEND IN AN ENTRY FORM
REGARDLESS OF WHETHER PAYING ONLINE OR OTHERWISE.
